In lieu of a registry…

It is most important to us that we get to share the day with you.

In lieu of gifts, for those who insist, we have listed a few of the charities that are important to us.

For our pets

Starbuck was adopted from the New Hampshire SPCA, which is located very close to our new home in Stratham. They adopt out dogs, cats, and small animals, as well as horses and farm animals.

For the horses

This horse rescue recently took in 13 horses Kelly used to work with from her old barn. They are getting wonderful care and needed medical attention.

For climbing

This group preserves and maintains our favorite outdoor climbing location in New Hampshire, Rumney Rocks. They have an entirely volunteer board, and in the past have raised money to buy the land we climb on to secure it by selling it at a loss to the White Mountain National Forest.

The easiest way to support RCA is through The Access Fund, which supports over 120 local climbing organizations in addition to national conservation and advocacy work.

For our digital rights

This non-profit promotes internet civil liberties, defending digital privacy, free speech, and innovation

For the people who need it most

GlobalGiving is a nonprofit that makes it easy and safe to give to projects anywhere in the world, while providing local organizations the tools, training, and support they need to thrive. Their current projects to fund include Venezuelan earthquake relief and Ebola crisis relief, among many others.
